This policy explains how Clever Web Design uses cookies and similar browser storage on cleverwebdesign.co.uk.

What we use

We do not currently use analytics, advertising or behavioural-marketing cookies. The website uses browser local storage solely to remember whether you allowed or rejected optional external portfolio previews. This preference is necessary to apply your choice on later visits; it is not used to identify you or track your activity.

Optional external content: Live portfolio previews are embedded websites operated by third parties. They are not contacted or loaded until you select “Allow external content”. Those websites may use their own cookies or similar technologies, which we do not control.

Third-party resources

This website also requests some visual or technical resources from third parties, including Google Fonts, Tailwind CSS and Lucide script CDNs, and Unsplash-hosted images. When your browser requests these resources, the provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and the requested resource. We do not use these resources for analytics or advertising cookies, and their providers operate under their own privacy and cookie policies.

When you submit the enquiry form, it is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our email provider. Following a WhatsApp link opens a service operated by WhatsApp. These services are contacted only when you use the relevant feature and are subject to their own terms and privacy information.

You can allow or reject the optional live portfolio previews below. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Rejecting optional content does not affect the main website or its contact form.

Browser settings can also be used to clear local storage and manage cookies. Clearing the saved preference will cause this website to ask for your choice again.
